Ljubljana -Day 1

Our flight from Denver to Frankfurt went ok--aside from crying babies, a horrible meal and an oversized fellow next to us.  Frankfurt to Ljubljana was more comfortable.

We booked an apartment in Ljubljana through Airbnb.  Our host, Emi, is on a trip to Vancouver so her neighbor let us in and got us settled.  It's a delightful apartment in the old part of town, just downhill from the castle.  Emi is an artist and has at least a dozen large paintings on the walls.

We were pooped after our day of travel so just walked around the corner to a pizza place for supper and are going to call it a day
now.
